We focused on the operation/space and end-to-end atmosphere throughout the business. New service station and updated back bar fitting allows for more efficient service. The restaurant space was transformed with new areas of fixed seating and booth seating. The use of small spaces to create cosy, personal and interactive group areas was key, with several group tables to choose from.
