The pub is located in an old farm park in Stoughton. We completed a full refit of the bar and restaurant including external gardens and new external pizza hut. The building is an old farm building and they are currently in the process of reintroducing animals back to the surrounding farm land.
The Cow & Plough has been described as having an upmarket, brasserie feel", with fixed seating, a larger bar and a new private dining area. We introduced a new parquet floor, tiled bar apron, warmer colours, log burner and all new furniture throughout including rugs and sofas. Moodier colours, rich colour palettes, velvets and leather.
The client collects lots of historical bar signage which has been reviewed and reworked throughout the scheme. Each sign has a story and if the client is at the pub, then he would be more than willing to run through these stories with anyone.
