East Street is an impressive, 14,208 sq ft, adults-only, boutique arcade which is easily recognised from its retro branded façade.
Formerly a retail space, Concorde BGW gave the premises a makeover with a full fit-out to transform it into Leicester's premier bowling alley, bar and arcade.
The restaurant area wouldn't look out of place in a hotel, and the fit-out on the lanes boasts brilliant graffiti by a local Leicester-based artist, complemented by striking neon lights and well-chosen posters including those from the bowling-themed films The Big Lebowski and Kingpin.

Concorde BGW have been shortlisted at the Northern Design Awards 2020 in the Amazing Space category for work on East Street Lanes.
This category celebrates commercially driven spaces offering creative work, rest, and play areas, this award serves to recognise those that break the mould; not only being visually stunning but delivering exceptional functionality and innovative style.

We have been shortlisted for the SBID International Design Awards!
Our project East Street Lanes is a finalist in the Club & Bar Design category for the quality of design, innovation, aesthetic and value-added to the project. To say we are over the moon would be an understatement! We are so grateful and proud of what has been achieved.
