Demand for the celebrated seafood eatery has grown year on year since 2014 so we increased covers from 35 to 68 with the use of seating boots and added a cocktail bar with seating so William's can accommodate more guests.
Near the entrance of the restaurant we fitted a new fish slab and three new large display refrigeration units surrounded by hand-crafted timber shelving for dry goods. You'll recognise the custom printed crab logo on the tiles behind the fish bar on all their marketing material - it really does distinguish the brand.
Following the success of the opening, Williams have launched a stunning new website. The site is an information portal for customers wanting to know more about who, where and what William's Food Hall is but more importantly has all the details of all the fresh fish available. In someways the new site is an e-commerce platform and another way to entice customers to the front of the store where they can purchase fresh fish.
We are so unbelievably proud of William's Food Halls success. The new website is well warranted, fabulously delivered and is a true reflection of the stunning premises they reside in. The feedback we have received for working with them to transform the restaurant, both personally and publicly on social media, means such a lot to us. As always, it was a pleasure to work with them and we have no doubt they will have more projects for us to work on as the brand grows and develops.
