A fantastic opportunity is available for an Administration Assistant to join a friendly team in our Health & Safety department. Reporting directly to our NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Manager, you will provide administration support to the H&S Department. We are a growing design, build and reactive maintenance company working predominantly in the leisure and hospitality industries as well as commercial and public sectors.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing administrative experience and learn about Safety, Health & Environmental works within construction. There will also be opportunities for professional development and career progression including the chance to complete NEBOSH General Certificate qualification.
You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and work well unsupervised and as part of a team. The day-to-day duties will include the below:

This position benefits from 20 days annual leave, with additional days awarded for long service, plus bank holidays and also receives paid leave while the business is closed over the festive period. This a permanent contract working 35 hours and our core hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. The salary for this position is up to £18,000 per annum dependant on experience and we also offer a company pension scheme.
