The Wheatsheaf Inn is a classic Grade II Cotswold coaching inn situated in the heart of Northleach. The project was a full design and build job working alongside owners Sam & Georgie Pearman to deliver this spectacular boutique hotel with 14 individually designed en suite rooms, two bars and wonderful gardens.
Work involved gutting and refurbishing the existing premises, converting and incorporating the next door cottage into 3 new rooms and public areas while running all planning, listed building and change of use applications. Work on site was a punishing 9 weeks with handover 1 week before the Cheltenham Gold Cup so no pressure!
